JCECHS students recently attended the 23rd Annual Education and Career Expo at Texas Southmost College in Brownsville, gaining hands-on experience and valuable insight into their future pathways.
During the dynamic event, students explored career fields including construction, welding, electrical trades, health sciences, and more. Interactive booths, keynote sessions, and practical workshops provided guidance, inspiration, and real-world steps for career planning.
Hosted in partnership with RGV LEAD, Texas Southmost College, Workforce Solutions, Cameron County, TSTC, and local CTE departments, the Expo equipped students with the knowledge, confidence, and excitement they need as they prepare for life beyond high school.
